Rahul Komalla

Rahul Komalla

Actuarial Studies Graduate

Having moved to Australia from overseas in Year 3, communication was one of the biggest challenges Rahul faced growing up. Finding it difficult to speak up, make friends, and express himself clearly, he gradually turned that weakness into a strength by throwing himself into every opportunity to communicate and lead.

Over the years, Rahul has completed a university-level course focused on communication, won a Rostrum public speaking competition, taken part in debating, and built extensive experience as a tutor. He has also held multiple leadership roles, including School Captain, Cricket Captain, and president and executive positions in student societies.

This mix of lived experience, formal training, competitive speaking, and real leadership has shaped a deep belief that strong communication is a skill any child can learn. Rahul now aims to teach students not just how to speak well, but why being a good communicator matters for school, for future careers, and for everyday life.

Krisha Vardarajan

Content & Leadership Coach

Krisha believes deeply in the power of public speaking and its ability to shape confidence and transform the trajectory of a child’s life from a young age the same way it has done for her. Strong communication is more than a skill, it is the foundation for leadership, connection, and self-belief.

Her passion for communication has been shaped through years of competitive speaking, real-world diplomacy experience, and youth leadership. She has been a Grand Finalist in both Rostrum and inter-school Debating, achievements that strengthened her abilities in persuasive speaking and structured argumentation.

Beyond competition, she has brought her communication skills into international settings. She has presented to a United Nations Informal Working Group which was an experience that demonstrated the power of clear, confident speech in high-stakes policy environments.

Her interest in foreign relations and diplomacy has further deepened her commitment to communication. Working in this space has shown her that effective dialogue whether between countries, communities, or individuals is at the heart of progress.

Arsh Chawla

Technology & Public Speaking

Growing up as a shy and introverted child, Arsh often felt the weight of having something meaningful to say but lacking the confidence to express it. Over time, he realised that it wasn’t a lack of ideas holding him back, but a fear of failure and embarrassment. Sport played a pivotal role in helping him overcome these barriers, on the field, failure is inevitable, and learning to embrace it became the foundation for Arsh’s growth as a communicator. Through repeated challenges, small setbacks, and gradual victories, he discovered that confidence is not innate but built through practice, resilience, and self-belief.

As his communication skills strengthened, they became a powerful asset across all areas of his life. They helped him excel academically, compete more effectively, and connect more meaningfully with others. Strong communication didn’t just make him clearer, it made him a better student, enabling him to collaborate deeply, share ideas thoughtfully, and build relationships across social, professional, and academic circles.

While many university students tutor in strictly academic subjects, Arsh wants to give back in a different way: by helping younger students develop communication skills that are just as essential. He hopes to empower others to overcome the same fears he once had, and to unlock the confident, capable communicator within themselves.
